Our Process
Let’s see how we would work on a project or product.
STEP 1: RAW MATERIAL STORAGE
Our RAW MATERIAL Storage follows FIFO System which can hold up to 150tons of coil of various grades safely while it is protected by plywood flooring.
Each different grades will be given separate color coding for identification and organizing the coils easily.
Each lot of coil will be given its respective BATCH NUMBER for analysing the process flow of the product and to support back tracking
STEP 2: FORGING, PRESSING & ROLLING
Our Forging line consists of totally 26 headers which are used to produce fasteners very meticulously which are high quality in standards
Power press line consists of 2 press which are used to produce press components very meticulously which are high quality in standards.
Thread Rolling line consists of 15 rolling machines which areused to produce threads inScrews and Bolts verymeticulously which are highquality in standards.
STEP 3: QUALITY CHECKING
Our quality lab ensures that every screw, rivet and bolt we manufacture meets the highest industry standards. Rigorous quality control measures, such as dimensional accuracy tests, surface finish inspections, and torque testing, ensuring quality of the product.

STEP 4: FINAL INSPECTION & PACKING
